The hotel is good, the room is good and the food is good too .. but one thing I noticed is that they still lack customer service., Even if they see you already standing in front of them, they won't initiate to ask you how they can help you .. I remember when I checked in there, there was a girl before me to check in too, and then I just stood next to the customer, then a customer, the receptionist on the computer, I dont know what she was doing, I was standing in front of her and waiting for her to ask me., but she didn't say that "just for a moment huh?" he briefly. I told myself to check in, and then he took my ID and information. It was late at night that I checked in so I was pretty tired and that time I was so annoyed also how they accomodate their customer. I hope the hotel could improve their employees customer service especially in the front desk, but overall. I am satisfied with the what the hotel can offer to their customer. 😊
