because I was tired of being stuck in traffic towards Puncak, I finally chose Lido Lake Resort as my choice, the hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the environment was beautiful, cool, comfortable, quiet, suitable for healing from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta, the breakfast was delicious, lots of menu choices, highly recommended

location access is very easy, no traffic jam, from the Jagorawi toll road enter the Bocimi toll road then exit the Cigombong toll gate, turn right a little and immediately find the Lido Lake Resort gate, coincidentally it rained continuously here yesterday, so I couldn't explore the adventure park, the atmosphere is cold, cool, calm. for the clean and clingy room 👍🏻, friendly service, delicious and varied breakfast, but if you want to look for culinary, you have to go to Bogor first because there are more choices, next time I will come here again

I enjoy staying in Lido Lake Resort. However, I really dissapointed with app because I booked to app for deluxe pool access. Unfortunately, app booked deluxe room via app. This is really unacceptable this practise.

location is far from traffic jam, the air is quite cool, really like the homey hotel with only 3 floors. the room is quite spacious. the food is quite delicious and there are quite a lot of variants. there is a mini zoo and children's playground. very memorable stay at Lido Lake Resort.

It's a good place to staycation. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A comfortable room and the room with pool view is recommended. Standard breakfast menu. The location of the resort is on the edge of the lake and there is a yellow and red suspension bridge. Various outbound activities for the kids and adults also. Smart TV with Screencast (mirror) only, not for browsing and YouTube also. The room as generally is clean but under the bed lots of dust including ornament in the room. The small refrigerator in the room is not cold (Room 301). Need to be improved

Want to order at the restaurant at 6 o'clock there was nothing, the receptionist staff did not smile when checking in, Ms. Alvi, at 2 o'clock the room was not ready even though I had stayed here for the 3rd time, they still asked for my ID, the previous Saturday when I mentioned my name there was already a track record. I was disappointed with the experience this week.

I have stayed here three times during August and this is the most uncomfortable experience for me, starting from when I checked in at 2 o'clock the room was not available, the service at the reception was also unfriendly, the woman named Mbak Alvi, at first said facing the pool but was given facing the lake, the same thing happened when checking out, when asked to use aqua or not even though it was not provided in the room, please check first before asking.

The hotel is anti-traffic jam, close to Jakarta, only 1 hour away, the service is good, starting from FO, FB to HK, all are friendly, we were given a complimentary sparkle welcome & cake when we were in the room, the facilities are quite complete because there is an outbound too, for breakfast it is quite delicious, only the main course is not very varied, but they have delicious waffle ala minute, overall we like all the services, thank you

Access that is not congested, beautiful views, cool air, hopefully the supporting arena will be built quickly, the promotion of the adventure area needs to be improved, there will be a guide accompanying you because not everyone dares to cross that cool bridge.
