Bad service as in the chat screenshot. The mattress has fleas and other insects. Unused pillows even have human hair, hopefully not demons. No soap/shampoo/toothbrush. Sorry, I was very disappointed from the start. For those who want to stay here, please reconsider your decision. I haven't been here for 1 hour and I already got goosebumps seeing the condition of the room. Thank you.

Check in and check out were okay, the only downside was there was no wifi and the AC didn't turn on and wasn't cold, plus the AC water was leaking, haha.

I became paranoid after seeing other people's reviews, in the end I brought my own sheets, blankets and pillows. The only downside is that smoking is not allowed at the swimming pool.

The staff are friendly, but a bit confused, if you want to get the room key, you have to meet someone first, and it takes a long time to wait. The toilet is a bit less clean in the room. Suggestion: Have a Qibla direction in each room, so you don't have to look for your cellphone when you're about to finish prayer time.
