The bathroom smells bad. When checking in it was raining and the room was very far to the back, I was not offered an umbrella, then I went back to the lobby to ask for a new umbrella. When checking out, it took a long time to wait for confirmation that there was no 1 bed base even though the staff had taken it the day before because I stayed there for 2 nights.

Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful even when I asked for some fried eggs & sambal because it 's not on the buffet. Room was spacious & great although there 's some Dust on the top of the bedding, there 's a leak from the shower through the glass. Overall a great stay with some minor disturbance, surprised by the Rain fall shower.

This accommodation is as shown in the picture. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. The food is also delicious and the staff are friendly. If there is a chance, we will come again. Yes grand master villa Tomohon.👍

The service and place are great.

Grand Master Villa is located in Kakaskasen Tomohon. Located at the foot of Mount Lokon. The air is cool and comfortable. The room is clean, but still uses an old design so it feels like being in the past. Suggestions so that it can be upgraded to follow current developments and given bright color accents so that the room does not feel gloomy. The TV in the room is also still using a small TV, relying on free cable TV so that it often disconnects and there is a warning, while other hotels already use a minimum of 42 inch TV with a variety of broadcast choices, there is Netflix and other internet TV. The curtains also have holes from cigarettes, even though the room is a Non-Smoking room. The bathroom drain was clogged when I entered, and I took the initiative to clean the blockage so that it could run smoothly again. In the middle of the night there were sounds of people shifting chairs and beds in the next room. After checking it turned out that the room was empty. (it doesn't matter because the same thing often happens in other hotels in other places). The service is good, the receptionist is friendly. The food is delicious, just lacking in variety, and for the coffee it seems like it doesn't use pure coffee, because it tastes like a typical coffee taste in a village, where roasted coffee beans are mixed with rice and then ground together. There is a large swimming pool. Recommended for those of you who want to vacation in Tomohon city.

The hot water in the room is not optimal so the water still feels cold. When we asked for new towels after swimming by phone, the staff didn't seem to believe it 😑 had to explain in detail why we asked for new towels. The staff at the restaurant are less attentive to new guests, especially at breakfast. I just took my food and put it on the table to get a drink when I came back. Luckily it hadn't gone into the dirty dishes when I looked. A nice place with a good location, it would be good if maintenance is prioritized so that guests remain comfortable and want to come back again.

Great hospitality the staffs are helpful and super nice, cozy cold and windy place but maybe because our stay is on the weekday so it feels not right for our wedding anniversary celebration.

The place is beautiful. The food is delicious for the price in an affordable restaurant. The rooms are large and clean, the staff are friendly and responsive.

Beautiful view, clean rooms. But the food isn't that great, and the menu lacks variety. The dessert is lacking.

Good place to visit with your loved ones. Also family friendly.
