Absolutely great hotel staff reception kind glad to help with needs clean quiet close to Subiaco and cbd 👍

The hotel is new, clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly. The room has a glass door with a very good view, but the location is a bit far from the center and the road near the hotel is a bit dark. The room is clean and has a daily cleaning service, but the trash can in the room is quite small. It was a bit annoying because the cleaning staff knocked on the door very early at around 8am, but I told them to clean the room later. When I went out twice at noon and in the afternoon, it took quite a while and I left a sign asking for room cleaning, but no one cleaned my room all day. In addition, everyone was very friendly, I was very satisfied.

the room overall are good, I loved it! it us beautiful lifestyle design hotel. but the hospitality of the front office is not there at all! in the afternoon I asked their assistance to book a taxi or shuttle for us to the airport since we have early morning flight. In the evening after dinner when we asked have they book our taxi the girl said no she haven't book the taxi for us,while she was the one who spoke to us. how if we didn't do any confirmation? then we will have no taxi to the airport early morning. and the senior next to her he also didn't pay any attention while he was there as well in the afternoon. so I guess the guest satisfaction is not the priority?
