it took a long time to check in. After that the room’s air conditioning is broken down once getting in. We’ve waited nearly 2 hours with the technician fixing it before hotel staff changed us another room :((. Such a poor experience

breakfast food is okay, lots of choices. The room is also spacious, comfortable. The only thing that is not good is that there is a lot of hair on the bed, it seems to be untidy.. or tidied up in a hurry.. there are also pins and needles on the bed.. luckily I didn't get stabbed... The elevator is also old, it opens for a moment, but when I try to close it, it gets stuck.. oh my..

great location and vibe... but there are several items in the hotel room that are not working. Aircond in the dining room - not cold. Kettle - broken. Hot water in the bathroom - sometimes works, sometimes not. Outside of the balcony - a lot of bird droppings. Tv - not working. Other than that, the atmosphere and view are really the best (feeling like you are abroad..) breakfast is also delicious. check in, check out is easy, staff is friendly.

It was very impressive staying at this hotel, when there was a problem with the room, the hotel staff immediately acted quickly by replacing the room with a better one without any additional costs, it was very good, Colmar is recommended, good job by the hotel staff

The receptionists are nice and professional. The room is spacious, clean, and the price is reasonable, but there is less maintenance. The toilet flush is spoiled, and the wooden door makes a sound when opened and closed. The room is not soundproof.

Front desk service was great, but I did request non-smoking. When I finished breakfast and went back to my room, between the space from the lift to the room door, someone else was smoking there, and I saw someone who wore a staff uniform there. However, when I checked out, I did tell the duty manager about that.

Finding Grab from Colmar is a bit difficult, so it is recommended to have private transportation. Hopefully there will be some improvements in the future for Colmar. It's a good place to take pictures, the food is also delicious there. But for the rides, it can be said to be ordinary. But there are some animals and swimming pools.
