This is my third time stay in this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Near Filipino market and night market. Will stay again.

Real value for money, especially for those without small kids. The staffs were excellent. Btw I suggest the management should spend some money to improve the conditions of the toilet and maybe, the stairways to the hotel. But it doesn't matter, anyway.

This hotel make easy for me as backpacker travelers because I am choosing Iskandar Sinsurans Hotel-value for money, located at centre of Kota Kinabalu town, and full fill my planning.

The hotel staff served our family very kindly and friendly. The hotel area is very strategic

Book for standard room with window, but get a room without window. Toilet Smelly, air conditioner cold, location superb.

It's perfect for those who looking for budget hotel while at the same time it's have it's own bathroom, comfortable bed and the best thing the price, it's worth to check in here.

The guesthouse has no large signboard in front of the building view. It just has a small signage in front of the stairs. You might missed the guesthouse if you won't notice it carefully. I use grab to arrive there from an airport by marking Restoran Khalisah as end point. For hospitality, the receptionist is friendly and the room is big enough for 2 queen beds room for us 2 Adults 2 Children (Family Room no window). Overall, such a nice place to clean yourself and have a good sleep for 1 night stay.

Suitable place, friendly staff and excellent improvement environment (guesthouse).

Comfortable for adults. Very near to night market, but we have to park our rent car far from hotel. 4 nights stay here. Wi-fi so slow. But 1 night before our last stay, they had new wi-fi but don't tell us about it.
