Great value for money, seamless self check in and check out, great facilities for self catering, friendly staff a phone call away, seamless online payment service via an email link, cosy warm clean and comfortable room, home away from home, couldn’t ask for more

Very clean and quiet!

Wonderful place and great hosts. Gluten intolerance catered for, free street parking, short walk to pubs and restaurants and ideal for the parkrun. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location by the beach. Well thought out finishing touches to cater for your needs. Chilled water and extra coffee etc. Things for the beach loaned to you also.

Really nice rooms, very helpful staff and loved the honesty bar! Only very slight disappointment was that there was no restaurant on site for evening meals and this wasn't made clear on the Hotels.com page. I'm sure that this wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was no major issue as several places to eat within walking distance.

Just an overnight stay but the hosts were friendly and helpful-where to get a good meal etc Comfy room and delicious cooked breakfast Would recommend to others without hesitation

Nothing was too much trouble! This couple have got the concept of "Ideal Cosy Hotel" fully sorted. Wonderful personal service with everything needed close to hand. A breakfast to die for. (We didn't want lunch) and everything to make our stay feel like home from home. i don't normally write much in reviews but this place deserves all the praise i can give. Thanks for a perfect stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room (number 3) was large and spotlessly clean and had a sea view which was a bonus for us for a 1 night stay. I particularly liked the hotel's policy of allowing takeaways to be brought in and even providing cutlery and plates for use. I would go there again, any time.

Lovely hotel ideally suited for visiting the coast

Extremely clean, spacious and beautiful room with a lovely view of the park and the sea. Perfect!

It was very basic, which was all that I wanted - I was merely visiting the district on business and simply needed a bed in which to sleep for a couple of nights, nothing else.
