overall nice, comfortable, clean. this is my second time here.. but the second time yesterday was a bit less satisfying. because in the room on the 3rd floor I didn't get a towel.. and the upper part of the room wall had 2 holes so it was visible that mice were running through and also the sound of mice was clearly audible. hopefully the next time I go there it will be better in terms of things like this :) but the Bianco hotel is really the best, highly recommended👍

Good place for a short stay, but needs some improvement in room facilities, especially the bathroom.

The location is in the city areas and nearby Botani Square Mall. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean even though I've got a small room, but unfortunately only for one night.

Comfortable but the AC is not cold enough, then there are small cockroaches in the bathroom and room. Maybe it can be sprayed with Baygon or cleaned again before guests arrive.

In short, I would probably choose a different hotel, given the occasion, or at least a different room. The room (superior room) is tiny, with virtually no room for bags/storage. Soundproofing is also quite poor. AC was leaking inside the room during my stay, just an extra nuisance. On the positive side, it's clean and in a good area.
