the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, we requested early check-in because we were very tired from the party and the staff responded quickly. even when we asked for hot water, the staff quickly prepared it and delivered it to our room. Thank you for the hospitality of the Enfaza staff!

The rooms and hotel area are clean, the rooms are fragrant and clean, only the bathroom needs to be improved and can be even cleaner.

The location is good, near a convenience store and not far from the city center. I have stayed here multiple times and all good, but last time I stayed the floor was a bit oily when I came into the room and I found some cockroaches. Please maintain your cleanliness.

Stayed for 2 days. Got a room on the 2nd floor but was helped to load and unload the luggage. The driver's cellphone was lost and was helped to find it on CCTV. The important thing is that the hotel is Sharia. If I go to Lombok, I will stay here again. Thank you

When I first entered the room, the bed sheet had a pretty big tear. Because we are afraid of being blamed, we ask for a replacement. The bathroom floor is always flooded with water near the door. The bathroom door could not be closed tightly. But the price is quite cheap if it's just for transit.

The room is super space-able, comfortable, hot water is perfect, they even have night light in your room, so colorful. The bed, blanket, sheets, towels are very clean like new. And the staff always very friendly and helpful. The food? Don't ask me. It ' s very delicious and CHEAP!
