Great location and clean!

Great long term accoedation

The management assisted me when I had an emergency and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for their support

Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated.

We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. Our room wasnt ready but we were offered a room to refresh if we wanted it. We were happy to sit by the pool and wait and drinks were supplied to us to cool down. After about an hour our room was ready. When we entered the room it was a WOW moment. Amazing 2 bedroomed suite with amazing views. Spent many an hour just watching all the action with boats coming in and out. We had breakfast included on our 5 night stay and they had something for everyone with an abundance of choice. Everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when we had a question. Tram stop 2 minutes walk from hotel and the monorail stop across to Atlantis was 5 minutes walk away. We loved Dubai as this was our first visit. We normally go to the USA and this was a totally different experience. JBR beach and the walk were amazing. The only bad experience was visiting the burj khalifa. We paid to visit yhe top and then queued for 2 and a half hours up and an hour and a half back down. Far to busy with no room at the top. Not worth the wait. If going to Dubai would recommend this hotel.

Initially I had an unpleasant experience during breakfast which may have been just a misunderstanding but nonetheless the manager came specially to talk to me and was really pleasant and apologetic about what had happened. We avoided the individual we had issues with and since then we had a very pleasant stay. Everyone is very kind and respectful, and they get to know you if you stay for more than a few days which was the case in our situation. The cleaning service would come daily and if we missed them or they missed us, they would leave a message for us to call them to come back. Excellent hotel, excellent manager, pleasant experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Really good!

Great hotel located very close to Palm Jumeirah and easy access to both public transport and taxis. The room (one-bed flat) was comfortable and staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors to Dubai.

We stayed in a two level unit which has great view of the palm , it’s clean.

Very attentive staff, very clean hotel, well stocked kitchen and laundry room, lovely lounge and restaurant. Great proximity to the Mon rail and shops and I loved the sea view from my room!

We had an amazing stay for 7 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment. Staff at the front desk and for cleaning were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food at the main restaurant was amazing and buffet breakfast included everything you could want and more! Honestly zero complaints for the duration of our stay

The property is very well maintained and professional

Great staff and room amenities. Large bed rooms and living room for 4 people. Monorail to Atlantis is only 5 min walk. Highly recommended.

No upgrade

My perfect vacation at Avani Everything was amazing.Very frienly staff,very clean.I love the hotel.Apartment is so comfortable.Very delicious food with a lot of optionf for breakfast and dinner.I spend 9 nights at Avani and totally love it.I just enjoyed my vacation.I definitely recommended Avani.

Decent location but still a drive from stuff to do. Not in Palm Juneirah but close. Food was okay, not much variety on buffet. Pool was very laid back, no alcohol by pool for drinks. Staff was friendly. Spa is not a luxury 5 star spa but behavior more like that of a seedy place.

Hands down the best customer service I ever had in any hotel, ever. Thank you!

The fact that the property is right next to the tram making transportation easy.The service was also very good both the concierge and reception.. 5stars to the concierge.
