The place is comfortable and clean..it's a great place for family gatherings.

I spent my Eid al-Fitr 2025 at Citadines Sudirman with my family. Its such a great experience staying at Citadines with my family. It is indeed a bit of a challenge with the parking building where every time we want to go out we have to give a ticket to the receptionist in the lobby, which in other hotels we should just give a stamp for guests who stay, but anyway it does not reduce the rating, not to mention the way they handle complaints is very responsive, their staff is also very friendly. Definitely will come back to stay at Citadines Sudirman, keep up a good work..

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the sheets are clean, the staff is friendly, the lobby is spacious.

I always like staying at Citadines. This is my 3rd time staying at Citadines. But our last visit was a bit disturbed because the staff who checked our room said that we had a complaint about the TV and he wanted to help check it. Even though I didn't call or complain about it. But in the morning I got a complimentary as an apology from the front house. Thank you, keep up the good work.

A comfortable hotel for families, spacious rooms, clean throughout the smell of the room, bathroom or kitchen and family room. And also great provided coffee machine in the lobby. If we go to Jakarta we will stay here again.

in terms of access it is a bit small and a bit confusing at first. If it's your first time in this area, you might be a bit confused. I came from Semanggi. Regarding free parking, I was also a bit confused. I wasn't immediately given a free parking access card when I checked in, or registered my vehicle number, so I had to manually walk to the receptionist first if I wanted to get out of the vehicle (a bit tricky, because the car park is on p1-p3 and the parking payment gate is before the lobby area, usually it's in front so you can stop in the lobby first and ask for a free parking card to tap, but in this case the parking payment gate is before the lobby floor, so make sure you go down manually to the lobby floor first, then to the car park elevator) In my opinion, the friendliness of the front desk/receptionist is just so-so and can be improved, because it's not as friendly as the receptionist at Citadines Gatsu. The room design is quite good, I booked a 2-bedroom executive with a rate of 2.8 million at that time, in my opinion for a room with 2 bedrooms, the living room and kitchen space are a bit small in my opinion. For complete equipment ranging from stove, large refrigerator, microwave, complete eating and cooking utensils. For the interior design is also modern and good, it's just that in the second bathroom there is a washing machine placement too close in front of the toilet, so if you sit on the toilet it feels a bit cramped because in front of the big washing machine For play equipment such as board games and card games are also not available at the Sudirman branch, only at the Gatsu branch. For the swimming pool, the size is quite ok, not too big, but when I went there there were no officers on duty, and there were no towels for the swimming pool, when I asked I was informed, they said you can call in the laundry room, but because at that time there were no officers to ask and I didn't see the phone at that time, so I went upstairs a bit wet. So for the experience of staying this time it was quite good but maybe if I have another chance I will stay at Citadines Gatot Subroto instead of Sudirman.

the room is clean...the two drawbacks are the first is that the entrance to the hotel is like a hidden gem...the second is that there is almost no variation in the breakfast

Choose 2 bedroom executive with bathtub in the master bedroom. The right choice for traveling with a family of 2 children who are cramped if they are in the same room, but cannot be separated. Most importantly, there is a washing machine with a dryer, so you can go home without laundry. The swimming pool is quite good for exercise with a length of 25m. There is a jogging track and coincidentally there is yoga on Sunday mornings. For breakfast, it is quite good, the choices are limited but the taste is proper. Overall, it's a good decision to have a family staycation here.
