No luggage service on the day you check out. No soap and no shampoo. No clean up even when you stay 2 nights. No lift. No info on kitchen service in 34 A. The location is perfect. The power socket in 34A4 does not work. The room needs more lamp near storage/luggage/wardrobe room because too dark. The restroom and the hallway need heaters, too cold.
