It was really satisfying to stay at Cordela for the first time. Thank you to Mr. Sandi who helped us when we were carrying a lot of stuff. Of the hotels around, this one has the best service and cleanliness.

The hotel staff is very friendly, only the room size is not big enough

First time staying here, the room is comfortable and clean. For breakfast is complete and delicious only the place is not spacious enough so it is difficult to get a seat when it is crowded.

I was disappointed because when I wanted to enter the room before I could but suddenly the access card could not be used to enter, I went back to the receptionist without explaining why and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Several times in the room the electricity went out even though the access card had been stored in its place. For food and housekeeping services are quite good and friendly. Hopefully it will be fixed for some feedback from me, thank you

friendly staff it's just a shame the hotel towels are ugly, many are torn at the bottom...the hotel pillows are uncomfortable, it's not good either when you look at the pillows, they look ugly. breakfast porridge is not hot enough, the porridge is cold. please fix it so I can stay there again. it's comfortable to stay at cordela.

Have stayed at the Cordela Suites Tasikmalaya hotel several times because of its strategic location, close to culinary, easy access, always good service, clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Hopefully, Cordela Suites Tasikmalaya can continue to be well maintained and maintain the good service.

Staying for a Business Trip. December 21 - 23, 2024 Room 726 Get off at Tasikmalaya Station. Pro's (+) There is a pick-up and drop-off facility from and to the hotel. Friendly service, especially Mr. Dede (Driver). The receptionist is also friendly. There is a Welcome Drink. Rooms and Facilities are okay. Lobby - Room access uses an Access Card. Con's (-) The Lobby room tends to be narrow / not too spacious. Limited Parking Access. Stayed the first night (Saturday Night Sunday) the sound of live music from the upper floor, could still be heard entering the room. I could only sleep soundly after the live music event was over. The air freshener in the corridor tends to sting the nose. The food tends to be salty, and the menu is almost the same every day, aka less varied. SUGGESTIONS For air fresheners, change to Wangi Teh Keraton Brand Dahlia. The live music room is given adequate soundproofing. Keep Up The Great Job!

The staff is friendly, but you can't request for room decor, but it's okay, the room is clean, fragrant and comfortable. For the shortcomings in terms of food, the taste can be improved because there are still some that are bland. I ordered alacarate for dinner, the rice was still wet, the kewetiaw was bland.
