I was disappointed with the long check-in process, secondly after checking in we were asked to go to the front lobby because the room was wrong, after that we were moved to a room on the 9th floor, the room was not ready yet, finally I was tired from the long journey, I asked for a refund for the funds, the lobby CS information was an error from Traveloka because the booking ID was the same, as an apology we were given a larger family room, hopefully in the future we can work better with Traveloka
