I stayed in Fairmont Century Plaza for about 10days and the telephone in the room just worked for the first night after that it was not working and i had to go down to reception if i wanted something the room was clean and and the room is modern and quiet,most of the staff are friendly and greeting except the other staff who are at reception desk and while i was complaining about the telephone line they said they can’t do anything.At first that i have arrived they said that i have paid for everything and my room is fairmont gold and i have free breakfast and snacks and dessert without charge except for alcoholic beverages so i went to the breakfast and at the end they sent me an extra bill charging me for 3,800$ (370$package +53$tax)per day,and when i complained they said even though you were gold package if you use the breakfast you need to be charged for it. The most basic thing in a hotel room is having a telephone so you can reach out to the reception desk and they didn’t provide this and they told me they will send the engineer to my room and the engineer said he can’t do anything about this.

The hotel is very nice the area has lots construction but overall nice the nicest thing in property is service . In particular Manuel at Fairmont gold what a wonderful service . One tip of advice don’t charge for drinks you pay a huge difference I am sure it is covered bu it

Level of service, cleanliness

Renovated. Very clean. Staff are professional and provide the best service. Spa is top notch. Best value for money. Location is great. Westfield across the road. Safe area.

Incredible service standards - on par with the Four Seasons (shout out to Alice and Jose). Rooms are brand new and well appointed. Food for in room dining and in the lounge are good. Area is gorgeous and pristine, and situated right by Westfield Century City, which is a very comprehensive mall. Spa was very nice as well. Overall experience exceeded expectations. Fairmont Gold is well worth the premium with lounge access and separate entrance access.

The hotel staff made you feel like valued family member and not a guest. Never seen such excellent service before at any other hotels. We were not valued guests but welcomed family.

Beautifully refreshed, large rooms with balcony. Safe surroundings, quiet rooms, convenient area for exploring Beverly Hills, Petersen Museum, La Brea Tar Pits, Westfield Century City Mall, etc. Gold Rooms w/concierge is the way to go! Food and drinks available all day - breakfast in a.m., light appetizers and desserts in the evening. Service is great everywhere - room service is especially top notch. Gym is well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Words cannot express how amazing our stay was at Fairmont Gold. From the moment we walked in, until we the minute we left everything was perfection. The staff are exceptional but a special mentions goes to Alice and Todd. We can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service and hospitality. They are a credit to the Fairmont group.

Hotel was perfect. Great spa, gym, and gold amenities. The gold staff service was excellent. It's been a long time since I experienced such great and friendly service from hotel staff. I will absolutely return.

I’m beyond picky. This property has thought of everything. If you are going to stay there, I recommend the gold club. Think of it like a high-end working space with drinks, snacks, and many comfortable indoor and outdoor working spaces. They have a gym which is top notch and brand new and a spa that is as good as any Beverly Hills spa - and I’ve been to them all.

Fairmont Gold is the standard of excellence, proving quality and customwr service are not dead. We got to the LA area several times a year and this place will be our new go-to when staying in the area.
