First, I feel that the room here is very convenient, smartly designed, almost fully equipped with all necessary items, meeting all needs. The room is arranged reasonably and neatly, giving a cozy feeling like a small house. Because I booked a room with a sea view, I felt very happy, I could sit in the dining room watching the sea, or lie on the balcony and chill 😍 In addition, the resort also gave me a pair of beautiful swans and a delicate letter when I received a note from my newlywed wife and I. At night, I can walk around, or take an electric car to see the water music. In the morning, I go swimming in the pool, if I want to swim in the sea, there is also an electric car to take me to the beach. As for the buffet, it is so delicious, all the food is fresh. Overall, for my husband and I, this is a place worth experiencing, the price is reasonable, and the staff here are also very cute ❤️

Plus points: - The hotel has a beautiful view, beautifully built, everything is new and modern - The staff is fast and enthusiastic - The breakfast is of good quality, well-seasoned, especially the cakes - The gym is clean, has water, towels, and a yoga yard I think my experience would be better if: - The hotel should allow earlier check-in: 4pm check-in, 12pm check-out... not even 24 hours of stay, not to mention the time to prepare to check in & out, which made my experience not good, I felt deprived of the time to use the services at the resort. - The price of water at the swimming pool is more reasonable, I currently find the price of water unreasonably expensive. - The children's playroom should be free (the price I paid: 50k/hour/child) - The glass doors should be cleaned more because: the hotel view is so beautiful, my group of friends and I want to take pictures and enjoy this view through the hotel glass door instead of having to go outside, I believe any guest staying here will regret it like me just because the glass frame is not clean

Quite worth the money. There is a shuttle bus from SG and all services are complete. The area is beautiful but a bit sad, few services, however there is a bus to Holiday Inn and The Grand, the area there is quite crowded. The breakfast buffet is ok, with many new dishes compared to other buffets I have eaten.

I went for buffet breakfast at 7am. I waited for more than 1 hour and a half (8:39) minutes. The staff still could not arrange a breakfast place for my family (5 people). My family has a pregnant woman who could not wait so she went out to eat. What a terrible experience……

The bathroom door of room 1010 cannot be locked, otherwise the service space is good, the support staff is enthusiastic and polite.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. I am from Saigon and find the breakfast buffet delicious and suitable for my taste. The staff is polite and enthusiastic. The hotel supports good check-in and check-out without extra charge. The minus point is that there is no beach. When going to The Grand, there is a beach and a shuttle bus (about 2 minutes away). However, this season, Ho Tram has a lot of jellyfish, so you can't swim in the sea. My baby was fascinated by the sea and ran down to play in the shallow water but was still stung by a jellyfish. The staff at The Grand provided first aid quite well. Families who prefer swimming in the sea to swimming in the pool should consider it. The rest of the services, hotel, restaurant, and staff are 5 stars. The resort area so there are not many amenities around. From the Ba Ria welcome gate to the resort is about 38km. The room has microwave and kitchen facilities. There is a kid room for children, free for the first hour, 50k/1 hour for the second hour, and 200k for the whole day. New toy kidroom, lovely staff.

Pros: Beautifully designed rooms; friendly staff; Delicious food; can use the facilities at The Grand Ho Tram. Cons: Limited menu (both breakfast and lunch/dinner), Children's play area has a fee although the room rate is not cheap compared to nearby resorts, The pool area is quite sunny and windy.

The whole family had a great vacation! Will come back when we come to Ho Tram.
