Have to pay extra, the room doesn't match the one in the photo, the staff is not very friendly

It doesn't match the picture, which is disappointing.

Kamar super duper standart cuma ada tv kasur sama ac (itupun gak dingin sama sekali) bener bener kayak kos kosan usang. Harusnya di kasih selimut air putih peralatan mandi sabun handuk gitu lah.

The bedroom and toilet are very dirty and dirty. Receptionist service is very poor.

Disappointing, the first time we arrived was at 18.00 when there was no receptionist at all, on the phone they were even angry because they called after sunset. In my opinion, the CS team also needs a survey or audit before bringing in partners, for me this is like an ordinary employee boarding house. The facilities, service, cleanliness and room are very far from being worthy of being called a homestay.

Not clean on the room, need more hospitality education.

The place is dirty, the lights suddenly "turn off by themselves over and over again".
