The air conditioner is broken, I called the reception but it didn't come. There's no fan, really frustrating.

The lady (who looks like the owner) was unprofessional and unfriendly. Not recommended. Should be a 1-star hotel, not a 3-star. Mostly fake reviews on Google.

Clean and convinient in the busy city of HCM

The room is quite old, the staff is not enthusiastic, the room is not worth the price.

In general, the room is ok, except there is no reception service and no mineral water in the room.

I checked in at 3 pm, 1 hour after the scheduled time of 2 pm, but the receptionist said the room was being cleaned and I had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to clean😣, then I checked in. With dirty floors and poor amenities, and rooms with poor soundproofing. 😖

Booked a hotel for a business trip to Saigon because it was close to the dental office. I was very satisfied with the price and location of the hotel. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. The hospital was secure.

I checked in at 12 noon and had to pay an additional 200k or else I had to wait until 2:30 even though the room was available. No free water! The staff was not friendly! Should not book!

From the moment I checked in, I felt discriminated against when booking online. When I checked in before 2pm, I paid an additional fee of 200k and asked if I could get an invoice for this fee. The hotel owner replied that I could. When I checked out and asked for an invoice, the receptionist said that because I booked the room online, if I wanted to get an invoice, I had to call the hotel owner to agree and provide a phone number for me to contact. I texted via Zalo, but the hotel owner responded superficially and did not respond to issue an invoice for me. Regarding the room, I found it clean and normal but the service was not very good.

There is probably no three-star hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh City with preferential prices and new facilities like this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in District 3 but still have not found any worth the money like this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room service, good security, Will definitely come back

The receptionist did not have a positive attitude, all services on the app were different from the services at the hotel.
