When booking in the system, it says Sea view. The room type name says Sea view. The menu below also says Sea view. But the room I got had a city view. I felt really, really bad. The receptionist's reason was that it was the fault of the Traveloka system. It was really bad. The room mirror was really dirty. There was a stain on someone's face. The room price was not appropriate for the service in the room.

Got spaghetti vongole and it smelled fishy. The breakfast was okay. The restaurant on the 3rd floor also smelled fishy

The room is really wonderful, the staff is friendly, Highly recommended for anyone who would like to stay in pattaya.

The service is cool, there was a problem with the internet, the TV didn't work, but the service was cool, the room was upgraded to be more luxurious and spacious at no extra cost. Everything is comfortable and friendly. Good food
