Great casino Hotel

My family had fun . We lost at the casino but the memories was awesome .

Our hotel room was very clean, cozy and has an amazing view of EDSA! Bathroom was sparkling clean. Great location. I would love to stay in the hotel again next time with my kids!

Facilities were clean, accessible and modern. Staff were very attentive. Walking distance to malls/restaurants. Area felt a little unsafe but overall good experience.

The hotel, room, and facilities were of exceptional quality and first-class standards. While the dining experiences at the various restaurants were enjoyable, there is room for improvement in terms of matching the exceptional standards set by the hotel’s culinary offerings.

The place was clean. The staff was very polite and accomodating. However, A little pricey for the quality of food in the fresh buffet. The hotel smelled of cigarettes. Its not a safe environment for children especially if the area is considered to be “family” friendly. Might help to have stronger filters to strain out the smell of cigarettes.

A newly built hotel. Hotel lobby is nice. Staff are dressed well. Breakfast place, buffet options and staff are all very nice. Hotel and Front Desk failed to inform me during check in that construction is still ongoing. I could hear drilling and hammering in my room which made it hard to work and rest throughout the day. I called to complain but didn’t get a call back from anyone explaining the situation which is very disappointing.
