I checked in on August 16, 2024, checked out on August 23, 2024. At check-in, I was asked for a deposit of AUD 100 (swipe using a Jenius debit card), I was promised that the deposit would be returned to the card within 5 working days. Until now, August 30, 2024, my deposit has not been returned. Can Traveloka help me process my deposit? Thanks

Location is great, many restaurant within walking distance, at the front office staff is very helpful.

It's nice to live in Melbourne here. QUITE close to ICV Mosque, QVM and Flagstaff station. At the edge of CBD so you can still get free tram (although it's a bit of a walk there). There are mini markets and supermarkets. It's ok to live here. Plus the stove and cooking utensils are enough to help us survive 5 days in Melbourne.

Nice and good hotel apartement.

+ Room spacious, we're happy enough with the kitchenette with water cooker, fridge, microwave and tools. Toilet, toiletries, shower are good. Heater is good. Didn't use the TV. Closet, hairdryer are good. Iron & iron bar provided but not used. Location is good, only a minute walk to groceries, qvm and free tram stop.- gym is very small. Only accommodate few person. Bed too soft and has to be replaced. Room cleaning didn't include washing cups, plates, spoons that we put in the kitchen sink, they're just left unwashed. Also a pice of tissue on the floor was still where it was, means they didn't vacuum clean the floor. Deposit policy has to be reviewed again, they requested me to put cash deposit of aud 200 because I couldn't make a credit card deposit (which is aud 100 = half amount of the cash deposit). What's the problem with cash deposit? Why they have to double the amount? We're travelling and we might be tight in cash. If you want cash deposit, you should ask the same amount as CC deposit. Cash is still a legitimate way of paying. And having a CC is not a must at all in order to live this life, right?

I was happy that the accommodation was upgraded to a 2br unit for a minimal cost. It was spacious and clean.

Location is strategic, 5 minutes walk to QVM and Flagstaff station. Clean and nice apartment, spacious room suitable for family.

Very nice and comfortable! The room was spacious with complete amenities, nice view and great service! The only downside was there is no heater/aircon inside the bedroom. Only 1 heater/aircon outside in the living room.

I think all the employees should carry a smiling face to make customers feel welcome. Be genuine to help, that is the basic for a hotelier. Location is not as good as it was mentioned in the review (only plus point I see it's that the hotel is behind Queen Victoria market) it's still far from Melbourne Central.

The hotel was very pleasant. Got a nice surprise when we went to the room (which was ready before the check in time) and got upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with our various requests and queries. The breakfast was pretty standard with almost always the same food everyday, but some were our favorites like the sausage and the fresh fruits. The location was easy to access from the airport, though to access the trams, it required a bit of effort as the nearest one was still 15 minutes walk. Overall it was a wonderful & amazing experience for me and my wife.

We stayed in a deluxe studio room with 2 queen beds. Room size is good with functional kitchen. Hotel is a short walk from the flagstaff tram station. There is also a Airbus shuttle bus to the bus stop two mins walk from hotel. Love the Korean restaurant near the hotel too! One down point is there is no washer/dryer in room (but pay per use laundry service is available at common area). Air con was quite dusty and the filter probably need some cleaning. One of the bed is not very comfortable (sinking in) and caused a bit of backache.

Very close to the CBD center, the place is easy to find and good.

The hotel is very strategic, close to the mini market, close to Queen Victoria Market for shopping for souvenirs and cooking needs at the apartment. There is a swimming pool and coin laundy too. If you vacation with family with small children it is very suitable to stay here.

The rooms are pretty clean, close to Victoria market, but unfortunately it's a bit far from the tram.

Stayed here for 10 nights in the executive one bedroom and they were all amazing. Really spacious room, many room utilities provided & a great view to look at every single day. Location is great because it’s just 5-min away from Flagstaff station & close to Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Central, and Queen Victoria Market. However, wi-fi needs some improvement because it often became so slow during times. Housekeeping also can be better. Because once we had dirty dishes just left on the table and not being washed & tissue left on the floor. Elevators are shared with the housekeeping staff too, so you’ll know how it goes when they bring so much stuff (especially garbage) with you in it. Overall, a really great experience staying here. Would love to come back again!
