On the first day the room was smelly but next days was good enough, the location near to the Central Train Station and bust stands and some cafes and convenient stores nearby

The hotel is located close to southern cross station. The location also close to tram on bourke street or collins street. For family, the room is too small, the bathroom is tiny. When we get there the hotel is still under-construction, so some alleys look like a mess.

The location is superb, so close to tramp and Southern Cross Station. Room is clean and enough for two. It is so close to CBD. However, wifi is sometimes poor with 2 days not working. There were some noises from the building renovation. But overall it's enjoyable. I’ll come back for sure.

Hotel location is superb. Just a few mins walking distance from southern cross station and free tram zones, there are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotels. Though the hotel building is old, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room I got was not suitable and had to add funds when I checked in. Explanation of the website is different from the hotel. According to the hotel, events like this have often happened. Request Agent Online to be more selective in providing service to customers.
