The staff were so helpful and kind. Everything was super easy checking in and out. We only stayed overnight on our way through on a road trip with our 20 month old twins and 9 year old daughter and it was perfect for a stop over. Didn’t see much of the town as just passing through.

This was just a pit stop on return leg to the Gold Coast. Staff were polite and welcoming, young lad explained the pool area, dining options. Room was great for the family who enjoyed the space and room service. Breakfast was good and kids enjoyed all the savouries that were fresh out of the oven. Will definitely be returning on our road trips for a stop here.

I’ve stayed with this property a couple of times now & I’ve been happy each time. Staff are friendly, welcoming & informative. Plenty of free, open parking out front of the property. An extra fee for undercover/ secure parking. There was construction work happening in foyer but couldn’t be heard from rooms. There is a cafe & restaurant on the ground level of hotel. The restaurant was a bit pricey (buffet $42 pp). Would’ve been great if I had enough appetite to eat as much that the restaurant had to offer. Otherwise, smaller meals/ options would have been perfect. Room was clean, spacious & as shown on the website. Not much noise, could only hear neighbouring rooms if they were yelling or banging on walls. Other than that, rooms were quiet. Beds comfortable & clean. Bathroom clean, absolutely love the bath/ body products provided… am currently searching for them so I can buy them for myself. There were 2 shower heads - one on the roof, one detachable head. The detachable head one was a bit leaky & not much pressure, however, the roof shower was amazing. Check out was quick & easy. Overall stay was great, would definitely recommend & stay again if we’re in town again.
