Good hotel

Everything a expected, no issues.

Staff were extremely helpful, I had accidentally set the wrong date for the booking however everything was sorted out by the staff. Breakfast was also excellent.

Looking a bit dated but well maintained. Comfortable stay.

It was advertised as having a jet bath and there wasnt one only a shower, restaurant staff were rude and we were basically told it was too busy for us to have dinner there. There was stuff missing from the minibar which i had to let staff know on reception so i wouldnt be charged for it. The people on reception were lovely and the guy made a note on my account

The man who checked me in was so lovely and helpful. The property was clean and the room was really comfortable. Loved the stay here! Thanks crew!

Central location

It was clean, convenient and adequate for our 1 night stay

Great easy stop along the hwy as we travelled through. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Room service was great and fast! They do a really nice breakfast downstairs in their restaurant. Hotel is in a great location to explore the town on foot. We had a great stay!

Good location and room was clean but the mature reception staff did not have welcoming face. Forced smile, cold behaviour.

Quiet clean hotel in a convenient location central to Albury

Very basic. The lift was broken which was annoying. The staff at check in and out were not overly friendly.

The hotel is going through refurbishment and the experience of staying there was impacted by this. After booking the accomodation, we were informed that the lift was being serviced. Even though I rang and was told we would be put on the 2nd floor; on arrival we were informed that we were on the 3rd, which was 'fair walk' with luggage. Our room was nice but there was no kettle and no phone (thus had to walk down 3 flights of steps to inform them). There appeared to be a shortage of staff in the bar/dining area - they were friendly but clearly rushed the entire time). Management needs to be doing a lot better.

Booked into 4th floor room. Lift was out of action. After arriving late having to climb 4 flights of stairs was not appreciated.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Overall it was a nice stay with no concerns.

Cost cutting is very evident. Staff are lovely and doing their best, but place is run down and is in need of maintenance and investment. From the long term maintenance to the lift, the old and run down rooms, to the large jars of jam or Vegemite that have crystallised instead of paying for the pre packaged food safe items, it’s clear no one wants to invest money here.

The elevator is not working which no communication about this until after booking and paying. Also wasn’t advised no room service, apparently they can’t walk upstairs but expect guest to! Overall poor communication and pretty abrupt staff member on front desk.
