Perfect location for us. Situated at a quiet street but a stone trow away from Queen Victoria Market and City Center. The front desk staffs were awesome. We arrived at 9.00 am in the morning and we were allowed to check in. It is super nice gesture after experiencing long flight.

We stayed 7 nights with no complaint at all. It is worth staying there again whenever visiting Melbourn next time. For the smiling team of receptionists: keep up the good work.

This amazing price in the center of melbourne, everyone knew that mercure always clean. The most important we don't need to much effort for eat. All around the hotel are nice restourants. Highly recommended!

There is a kitchen for cooking, laundry is only 7 dollars for wash+dry and is on every floor. Carpet floors, okay AC, okay staff. There is a 100$ deposit using a credit card and passport photo from the start. Cleanliness is a bit lacking because there is still dirt on the carpet and the room telephone has been dusty for 1 week. Okay place, near Queen Victoria Market, places to eat and buy cheap things there. The exhaust fan in the bathroom runs 24 hours even though the electricity is off and is a bit dirty. Scary, small lobby, dark hallways, bankrupt restaurant on the 9th floor, but overall its worth the price and they actually clean the room and great location. Got it for $ 120 a night.

Room, bed, and towels are very clean. We were able to check in before time hence free us from luggages when leaving for lunch. The hotel is strategically located near Queen Victoria Market, Tram routes, other interesting places to visit, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fast process for Check in and check out.

Had a pleasant 5 nights stay here. First, we arrived around 11 AM, but we can check in early even without noticing them first. The room is exactly like the picture, clean and nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and everything works perfectly. They make up our room and change the towels daily. The hotel located very close to the MRT stop, and there 's a lot of restaurants, boba shops, and convenience stores around. Perfect location, Overall really great 😊.

Nice place. Very close to QVM, you can walk. The room for the size of a hotel is complete, there is a kitchen and can cook, a cutting board and a refrigerator are also available.

Absolutely recommended! Smooth check in, they provided quiet room as requested, very strategic location, they gv fresh towels everyday (only had housekeeping tidied up on the first day since it was during Christmas but no issue to us as we don't really need it), spacious room with kitchen (loved this part!), compact bathroom, and fast wifi! Our suggestion to the property: please add more channels to the TV:)
