Everything was good except we wanted to use the freezer for our ice cream and had to trash it cause the freezer hadn’t been defrosted for a year or so so we couldn’t get anything in it!!

A beautiful hotel, walking distance from Orchard Park Mall, and amazing views from the tower

Rooms aren’t very clean. Looks like the glass windows have never been cleaned. Roof leaks on the top floor. Beds need new mattress as it has a huge dip in it and pulls you off the bed. Breakfast was awesome. Very kind staff Not worth the money for the rooms

We stay at this Best Western a few times a year and find it great value for money and an excellent, central location.

Well the huge black hairs in the shower and bed were a turn off from the get go. Didn’t notice until morning of check out. Wanted to complain but was in a huge rush for work. Restaurant service was below average. Took order, dropped drinks. Dropped off food then collected money. We were out on the patio and it seems we were just forgotten. Food was good though. Dream nod stayed empty for some time. Never came to check if food was ok. As I previously worked under the best western banner, I always relied on super clean and awesome service. Disappointed.

Overall the place was okay, you pretty much get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent, definitely nothing to rave about. All the staff were friendly and we were even able to check in two hours early. The grounds and facilities were clean, and you could see workers nonstop pretty much either maintaining the pool/hot tub, the grounds etc. The only downside was there seemed to be a lack of front desk staff. I tried to go ask them something and there was 4-5 groups of people trying to check in/out or get assistance from the staff yet only one person working. I returned to my room and decided to call down instead and collectively (tried calling 3x) was on hold for 40 minutes with no one ever answering. Additionally, I had pre paid fully for our 3 night stay, yet they were pre-authorizing my credit card each night. I had to go talk to the front desk and ask what these charges were and they said the person who checked me in must’ve mistakenly charged my card. I understand mistakes happen but when I checked in they confirmed with me that I had paid in full so it’s confusing why someone would acknowledge that and then still proceed to charge the card.
