Great stay and location.. skytrain 3-5 minute walk and a massive mall across the street. If I return, I will definitely stay here!

The hotel left my newly 18 year old son who had flown from Alberta to BC out on the street as he was 18 and not 19 (age of check in) out on the street. They could have given him some ideas on places he could go but instead the just said reservation cancelled at 9pm at night to an 18 year old from another Province with nowhere else to go!!! Zero stars and very unprofessional. What is 1 year going to do actually when the reservation is paid for already. Disgusted!

Easy check in, room was very nice and clean. Hotel was on a busy road but couldn’t hear any street noise. So close to shopping and sky train station. Will definitely stay here next time!

Staff was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The foyer looked great with Christmas decorations. Was disappointed that my room service meal was served in disposable packaging with disposable utensils - real plates, cups, and cutlery please!

loved it although they weren't gonna let me into my week 2000 stay after my credit card didn't work for the 350 deposit. after that was cleared up it was great but they literally turned me away even thou it was paid

We were coming for an event downtown Vancouver and choose this hotel all the way out in Burnaby for the sole reason they told us that they had on site parking for a 6' 10" truck. That was a flat out lie and after charging us for parking they told me that I had to drive 7 minutes down the road to an open, unfenced, public pay parking lot next to a homeless camp. It was torrential pouring rain with near hurricane level winds and it took almost 20 minutes to walk back from it. The staff had no cares at all, were rude and dismissive about the "mix up", did not apologize once for it, said I should have known better and "it's no big deal to just park on a street somewhere" in my $80,000 truck, and offered absolutely nothing in remorse of the situation, not even a "sorry for the mixup."

Great location in an area with lots of shopping and dining, including the Chinese marketplace which is great experience. Extra charge for parking and breakfast is downside. Rooms are great but pillows are hard. Reasonable rate.

Rooms are clean and spacious. I did not appreciate a fake five dollar bill stuck under the lamp as an advertisement.
It is a little dated but it's a not that big of a sacrifice for a more roomy stay. The rooms are also a little dark and it's inconvenient when you go back to your room at night to turn on the lights because within our suite you have to manually turn on all the lamps instead of just sticking your card key into a slot.
