Holiday Inn Express SHANGHAI ZHABEI, an IHG Hotel

We were happy to stay here: 1. High speed Wifi 2. The receptions can speak English very well. 3. Nice room. Cleaning service are polite. 4. The less is no heater when cold. But they gave us additional blanket at time. Overall 5 star for this Hotel.

My experience during my stay here was very pleasant, close to the bus station, close to the metro, unlimited breakfast, the service was also good, Recommended.

Room is wide and clean. It quiet far from MRT Line1. The majority of travelling will be taken by line 1. You can walk about 10 mins from this hotel.

The room is spacious, complete with equipment except the fridge. Travel to other cities via high-speed trains. Convenient. There are 3 subway lines

worth the price, I think it's really cheap with such facility.

All departments of the hotel very good customer care ... But the cleaning department has no responsibility .. Without service mind, so he made a bad reputation for the hotel he should have the same standard of customer service. The rooms are quite large, the bed is also quite large. Enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is pretty good even though every day the menu is the same, close to Shanggai Railway Station, along the way to the station there are many small restaurants, snacks, small supermarkets. Worth it. It's just that not many hotel employees can speak English.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good service. Between the Metro and the hotel, there are many restaurants. The purple or yellow cable car will walk to the hotel closer than the red line. Bathrooms with clear glass channels may not be very convenient.

Good Location Hotel Next to the train station, good location beside with Shanghai Railway station

The hotel is not maintained and smells. The room might be big but it looks old and the bathroom design is careless. The towels are dirty and the cleaning is still dirty, the air conditioner doesn't work well too cold. Breakfast is decent for a 3 star hotel. Service of staff is good. Here you can take the MRT from the airport because it is near Shanghai railway st, and around the station there are several places to eat and shop.

Easy to check in / out, we arrived at 10 am but were allowed to check-in, great, check-out was only behind the keys, finished.

Hotel is good location near metro line and bus station. Staff can talk english and very helpful. Easy to find food around the hotel . nice and clean room. breakfast and coffee is good. good price I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good, close to metro although I got lost on my way back to the hotel, need to pay attention on the exit.
