Crowne Plaza LONDON - GATWICK AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a club room. Very comfortable. Staff on checkin were very helpful.

There was a shuttle to the airport at convenient times.

Easy to find easy to stay and easy for travellers

Everything is fine, only thing is there is no full room service, you have to go fetch ice yourself from the lobby

Reception lady was very friendly and welcoming and was extremely helpful.our room was spacious and comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was a buffet which catered for all tastes a very nice start to our holiday. The shuttle bus was right outside to take us to the airport definitely use this hotel in future.

Everything was amazing. The staff were great, kindly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

This is my go to hotel when flying from Gatwick, good facilities, friendly staff with good food at reasonable prices. Long may it continue

Very tired and dated hotel in need of aome love and investment. Only stayed for one night due to an early flight but there are plenty of other options close to the hotel that are very nice. One thing to note is a 7 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport will cost £30. There are better and similar priced options closer

Highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay near Gatwick. All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean and well soundproofed (unless people were talking in the hallway) The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful and I’d particularly single out Humani for helping us get checked in early when our early morning flight was suddenly cancelled.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious and well equipped rooms. Close to downtown shopping/dining options and quick access to airport.

Overall a nice place

The hotel is advertised as ‘Gatwick airport’ but in fact, it’s about a 10-15 min drive to the airport. We did use the shuttle service on the morning we were flying out, but it was expensive from the station to the hotel itself. Room was comfortable.

Great stay. Very happy with the continental breakfast and airport shuttle!
