Bed was so uncomfy amd dipped in the middle and the pillows were lumpy so hardly got any sleep. After using the toilet made such a racket afterwards amd could here neighbouring rooms doing the same thing so couldnt relax. Also was shocked to see no fried egg for english buffet breakfast

Overall we had a good experience, it was slightly noisy in the mornings, breakfast and 24 hour food and bar was the highlight

A short stay for early flight

The stay itself was first class, largely because of the friendly and helpful conduct of the staff. Only blemish - because we thought we might be a little late in arriving, I tried to ring in advance to make the hotel aware, but found it impossible to find a telephone number by which it might be contacted. Frustrating and not good for business.

A very convenient hotel for the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Taxi fare reasonably priced to the airport.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are ok, plenty of space. No bath but a decent shower that can fit 2. Breakfast was disappointing. Although, supposedly have somewhat of a continental breakfast, however, besides a few croissants, there's nothing continental about it. English breakfast and a few cereals. Could use some chees/ham to go with the croissants for example, that would've given it a bit more of a continental look. Overall, it's ok.

Bed was sooo comfortable.

Strong smell of smoke in the lobby, hallway and even the room. Found a hair in the bed and the shower was not clean. It's an "airport hotel" because it's kinda close to the airport, but no shuttle service. We expect basic but clean and functional from this chain, great for the night before a long flight, but this one fell short

We stayed in the family room (1 double and 1 sofa bed). Myself and my daughter slept on the sofa bed, it was so uncomfortable, springs stuck in my back and the bottom of the bed had no support at all. I barely slept and woke with a really sore back. The car park was treacherous after several days of freezing temps. The paths were well gritted but there appeared to be no attempt to grit the car park area. Give it’s £13 extra per car, per night a safe gritted car park isn’t too much to ask.

Good Hotel in a convenient location. Staff were professional. However the room looked a bit old and in need of refurbishment. The menu at the restaurant was quite limited.

Staff are lovely. However the hotel is very run down and furnishings look dirty and tired. I arrived after a delayed flight at 2am and could not go to bed until 3am as the bedding and towels in the room were dirty. The towels had stains and the bedding had various hairs on it. I had to go to reception to ask them to change the bedding and towels. The staff were great and rectified the situation straight away but this should not have happened in the first place. I had to get up early so this meant I got very little sleep. I do not think this hotel is value for money.

Hotel was up to Holiday Inn Express normal standard. Convenient for Manchester Airport. Was no expecting car park charge of £13 a night. Only other thing which let it down was the Reception upon arrival, rather curt and unwelcoming.

When i arrived after a wonderful time with family for new year it was all ruined when i tried to get a meal and was told the hotel was card only. I dont have a card i can use and was told to go to another hotel where they take cash i didnt even stay i got a taxi home to Chesterfield right away. I am in benefits and had saved all year for this trip to meet up with my family after an unexpected death 3 years ago and this has ruined what was a perfect start to a new year and a new start very upset and disappointed

Excellent stay, staff very friendly and attentive.

Comfortable affordable airport stay after a late flight! Nice hot shower and spacious bedroom and bathroom Breakfast was plentiful….although a little cramped in its location. All in and does what it says on the tin 👍

Great service when checking in from being given an overnight delay of our flight. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Snacks available at any time. Very helpful staff. Could benefit from shuttle bus. Paid significantly more for taxi back to airport booked through hotel than for the taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Clean room. Customer service flawless and check in and out quick. Restaurant is fine but too expensive for what you get. You'll need a taxi or own car to the airport and back but it is a short journey. Good value for money overall.

Only thing wrong. No hot food when arrived . What snacks on offer where few and fare between. covered in cheese . Ellergic to cheese . Think a cook needs to be on late. To cater for people , who arrive late . When restaurant is closed
