Easy access from the North Terminal of the airport; if you are in the South Terminal, take the 24h shuttle between the 2 terminals. There’s a huge reception desk Check-in was easy and quick The room and hotel overall were cleaned, well maintained

It would have been a perfect choice for a great night’s sleep. However, the room was so warm and no way to cool it. It was impossible to sleep.

great location to stay for early morning flights out of Gatwick

Loved the hotel property, it’s close proximity to the airport and the restaurants esp Vanda. We stayed before flight and after flight around Christmas and new year and we have already booked our August pre flight visit.

A convenient location. Staff accessible to assist. My room was a bit tired, although the bed was extremely comfortable. Poor shower pressure.

Very convenient for Gatwick North Terminal. (5 minute covered walk) Good choice of restaurants and a fair price for the convenience. Staff were helpful and attentive both at checkin and throughout.

I arrived about 2hr ahead of check in, intending to just leave my luggage until that time, but the agent was able to assign me a room right away. I got a room close to the lift, which rarely happens with me. Room was moderately spacious, for London. I received the requested runway view room. There was a small fridge for a few items I bought at the M&S market on the arrivals level of the terminal. Despite proximity to the airfield, the room was very well insulated against noise. Room was quite chilly and the temp could not be adjusted. Cold air blows from the vent. Attempts to change temp setting merely resulted in the fan shutting off. At no time did warm air come from the vent. I was told later that space heaters are available. The bed was soft to a fault, mainly due IMO to the mattress topper. Duvet was overly warm, even considering the ambient temp. Woolen blankets should be available. Breakfast was usual European high standard buffet. Staff members I interacted with were courteous and professional. The trains to London proper depart from the South terminal. Hotel is accessed from North terminal. Right outside the 'tubular' entrance hall to the hotel is the inter-terminal train. It operates frequently enough that there are no long waits. All trains to the city appear to terminate at Victoria Station. The fastest of them to the city (Gatwick Express) takes 31min. It is the priciest and most convenient option.
