Det var et fint ophold. Vi skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men der manglede et nøglekort. Heldigvis var der nogle på hotellet der kunne hjælpe.

Stayed here before. Good stop over hotel. Never eaten in the restaurant in the evening as always seems to be shut on the day we stay. Good restaurant nearby though staff will give directions.

Im Prinzip sehr ordentlicher Standard. Zwei grosse Minuspunkte: Lage an lauter Bundesstrasse und da keine Klimaanlage bei notwendig geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Ausserdem ist das Zimmer komplett mit flokatiartigem Teppich ausgelegt, was ein hygenischer Albtraum ist.

L’hôtel est sympa dans l’ensemble avec du bon personnel et un petit déjeuner bien garnis.
Par contre l’établissement a l’air d’être un peu ancien du coup certains éléments sont à revoir:
- Porte de chambre qui ferme mal
- clim qui ne fonctionne pas du coup j’ai dormis dans la chaleur
- Porte de douche qui ne ferme pas très bien non plus
- fenêtres qui s’ouvrent complètement et quand on se situe au rez de chaussée, on est pas très en sécurité
C’est bien dommage car le nom Best Western est un gage de qualité irréprochable mais la bon nombre de choses sont à revoir

Nice Hotel, situated ouside of Ulm with good access to public transporrt.
About 1 hours walk into Ulm.
Very little else around the hotel but quiet and comfortable.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Parkgebühren lagen bei 8€ pro Tag, sollte eigentlich für Hotelgäste inbegriffen sein. Ansonsten hatten wir ursprünglich ein Familienzimmer, jedoch wollten wir lieber ein Zimmer auf der Balkonseite. Es war ein durchgehender Balkon also ohne Trennung dazwischen, aber unser Wunsch wurde ohne Probleme erfüllt. Sonst im ganzen gerne wieder, war alles gut.

We got there at 9pm. There was no one at reception...everyone went home. The guy at the restaurant helped us get our key, but he knew nothing about the hotel. It was 30 degrees and there was no A/C. There was a little fridge in the room that didn't work. The only good thing was a lady who helped us at breakfast time. She was super nice and helpful!

It was a very nice hotel, 10-15 minute drive into the city, good to stop off if you have a car. I had one problem, I asked to have a late check-out 12, they said thats totally fine, since I checked in so late, i even checked with 2 receptionists. Then at 11:15 the maid barges in and says the room is reserved and i have to leave! And there is a woman waiting for the room, giving me dirty looks! I promptly left, but was not happy. Other than that, breakfast was super, coffee good, its a very nice hotel attached are 2 great restaurants and also a sauna, but you must turn it on 40 min prior.

Hotel was nice, included breakfast was great, close to the Ulm Stadium (5-7 minute cab ride). Only drawback was the summary said "laundry facilities" which I thought meant a washer dryer on site but actually means you can give them your laundry for several euro an item to wash and return in 2 days.
