Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon

Sesuai harga ya, don't expect too much you get what you paid.

Location is good. It's near MRT station by walk 3-4 min, restaurants and convention store. K11 just walk 8-10min.

Location is good just walk 3 min to Tsim sha Tsui. Restaurants and convenient stores are around.

The room floor is dirty. The air conditioner is very cold. And air conditioner is very noisy. I can't sleep 😭 the water heater is not hot. Is cold 😭 my kids is so poor 😭

I don't recommend this hotel because counter officer is not polite. When answer, her sound is short cut answer, did not touching eyes to check customer already got solutions or not? The room is very old. I booked double bed room for 1 room for 4 persons but looks like 2 persons room with cost 1300 $ and facilities such as water, shoe, bath gel, were prepared for 2 persons and I asked until hotel provided in additional. It 's not reasonable when compared with room and price. This problem made my family trip is so bad in Hong Kong.

Very poor service, always have issues with hot and cold water during winter stay.

The price are good, location very good near the cbd just the furniture need to be renew just my opinion

The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to MTR station and easy to find some food near 7-11 and many restaurant. The room is clean.

This hotel not far from mtr tsim Sha Tsui station (exit B2). The room quite old and in the closet are dirty.

Location is good but the room is very small and couldn't fit my husband, my daughter and me. Good Service. Thanks for 3 days we stay here.
