Great location. Within walking distance to MTR station Causeway Bay and Tram station. Many great Hong Kong food and Indonesian food nearby too. The room is bigger than many rooms in Hong Kong and very clean. Would recommend to stay. :)

The hotel is old so the amenities in the room are not new. But my family rented 2 adjacent rooms with pine windows so it was very good.

Hotel located in strategic place, walking distance to shopping mall (e. G Sogo/Lee Garden) and many food stalls nearby. Hotel room looks old and need to renovate. Breakfast is good, not so many options but taste is okay. MTR is around 10 minutes walking distance from hotel meanwhile bus and tram just 3 minutes away.

The location is VERY strategic. Close to shops, close to the MTR station, easy to take the tram or bus. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Causeway Bay area.

Lokasinya strategis, dekat ke fashion walk, restoran, sogo, stasiun MTR, halte bus dan halte tram. Ke mana saja mudah. Kamarnya bersih, kering, kurangnya hanya lantai kamar menggunakan karpet. Resepsionisnya ok, bahasa inggris memadai. Air minum disediakan kran air filtrasi dan kualitas airnya baik untuk diminum.

I paid but I didn't stay in this hotel. I reserved a wrong date but they didn't care to help. I supposed to stay in the 5th of April but instead I booked the 4th. I already booked the Sheraton hotel in Macao on the 4th the same date as regal 's. No solution no refund no change. I went tO the regal hotel oN the 1st of April but Janice the regal hotel receptionist didn't cAre and asked me to contact app, the agent where I reserved and made payment. No help at all. I won't stay in this hotel in the future. To me is not about money but service and assistance is number one. Two thumbs Down for the service from the receptionist.

Stayed here multiple times and only seems to get better and better. While the exterior and interior of the hotel seems like it is getting old fashioned, its perfect for my taste and being right down near the gateway to the main Hennessy Road, major shopping areas, foods and closeness to tram, MTR and the Victoria Park the location is unbeatable. While the standard rooms are still fairly spacious, try to get the larger rooms with amazing views of the harbor and city. Service was impeccable and hope they keep up the standard for many many more years to come!

Old hotel with good maintenance. The room is spacious & comfortable, the bed is soft, the room is clean. It's a walking distance to the bus stop & mtr station, easy to find foods & shops nearby, bathroom is spacious. So far I'm satisfied with the room. The only bad thing is the receptionist. They have a rude receptionist, this was really a turn off and disappointment for me. They only open 1 counter even though there were lots of guests waiting, and the working pace is so slow. I think even the receptionist manager didn't really care when seeing a lot of guests queueing to check-in. I was already fill & sign the form in the morning and came back later just to get my room key but the other girl receptionist (who happened to not helping other guest during that time & just busy with her stuff) didn't want to help me at all and just rudely told me to queuing again, not to mention the other boy receptionist was working slowly.
