My stay was short but my overall experience was awesome. Some of my experience 1. Archie from Front desk, customer service was very professional and pleasant. 2. Sham Jadhav helped me with bags 3. Aniruddh from Front desk, customer service helped me check out, he was very polite and in short time built personal rapport. 4. Breakfast staff was also very caring.

Customer service is great , they will keep calling and checking if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Room was spacious with pool view and separate tub bath and separate powerful shower. They have spa facilities with an extensive gym. Unfortunately didn’t use. Great clean swimming pool. Will stay again but book through Hilton directly as Expedia has poor communication skills.

Literally perfect... Really great hotel and the little niggles were immediately sorted by the excellent manager Gaurav.. I stayed in the snowdrop suite and it was true luxury.. I'll definately return

Initially charged double for dinner, after complaining about this at the reception, we were offered complimentary lunch. We had requested for cancellation with refund due to some reason, no feedback confirmation received about cancellation, while checking in they informed our booking was cancelled, when we informed no confirmation or refund received, they said our booking is still on. don't know what was going on here, something fishy i guess. reduced one star due to this.

THE STAFF AT THE BRASSERIE WERE INCOMPETENT AND COMPETE CHEATS. WE LANDED AT THE RESTAURANTAND LIVE CARPENTERW WORK GOING ON ON THE BUFFE SHELF WHERE THE YOGHURT /FRUITS FROZEN STUFF IDS DISPLAYED.. IMPAGINE WOODEN SHAVING TOPPING TABLES WERE NOT CLEANED IN TIME WITH DIRTY CUTLERY STILL LYING AROUND FROM PREVIOUS DINERS. WE WANTED A TABLE FOR 6 AND DESPITE BEING HOYTEL GUEST THEY SAID NOTHIG AVAILABLE. AFTER I THREATNED TO SPEAK TO THE HOTEL MANAGER THEY JOINED TWO TABLE ON UNEQUAL SQUARES TRYING TO MAKE A TABLE OF 6 WHEN THEY COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN US A DIFFERENT TABLE WHICH I FINALLY GOT. THE F&B STAFF WERE BAD. WE ORDERED AT 7.30 AND MOST OF THE FOOD CAME BY 8.45. THE STARTERS (EDMAMAME) CAME AT 9.00 AFTER WE REMINDED THE STAFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL THE STAFF GAVE ME A HANDWRITTEN PAPER BILL SAYING THE ORDER CAME FROM 3 DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AND THEY ARE NOT INTEGRATED. Apart from a slow checkin, the pool was dirty and smelly. No service /management in the pool area. Even though the room was good (we stayed in 316) a lot of stuff seemed haywire i.e. AC panels light was not working. You could hardly see the numbers on it leave alone adjust the temperature. I believe Hilton really needs to improve to stay up to the mark now. The concierge staff otherwise was super sweet and helpful.

As a global CEO who spends over 80% of the year in hotels across more than 70 countries, I typically refrain from reviewing hospitality businesses based on short stays. However, my recent experience at Hilton Mumbai International Airport compels me to speak up. From the outset, the service was disjointed and shockingly unprofessional. Security checks were executed aggressively, without courtesy or communication. The check-in process lacked basic coordination—I was asked to wait in the lobby without any follow-up, eventually receiving a call just to collect my key. The breakfast experience was worse. The seating area was unhygienic, the buffet layout confusing, and the staff inattentive. Even the basics—like clean cutlery and proper table settings—were neglected. I also had to deal with late-night noise from an unannounced pool party and a loud guest in the adjacent room. Most disappointing was the complete absence of hospitality. Not a single smile or greeting from staff throughout my stay. When I shared this feedback with the customer relations manager, she abruptly disconnected the call. This reflects a deeper issue in service culture and staff training. Originally booked for four nights, I checked out on the third and moved to Holiday Inn. Hilton Mumbai should serve as a case study on how not to run a five-star hotel.

Very small room, considering price paid, the return is very minimal. Also please pay attention on your bills when you check out. I’ve been charged something I didn’t have in their restaurant, which I’ve faced very first time at this level of hotel. Very disappointing and overall very poor experience.
