I have stayed for almost 2,5 weeks in Urban Executive Room (3021) during my WFH so that I can have another view when I'm working. The hospitality was great, they really pay attention to the health protocol, always be there for the guest 24/7, and the most importantly always make the guest feels like their own home. I want to give a shout out for Mba Gabby (Gabriella Anastasia) and Mba Opi (Opi Oktapiani) as the best hotel staff I've ever met. Mba Gabby always helping me 24/7 for all of my daily needs, even though the moment when I often call to deliver my food order to my room like every 15-20 minutes. Thanks for the patience. And also mba Opi that always helps me to keep my room clean as much as possible, she always asked me if there' anything she can do after finished her duty. Really appreciate it. Mba Gabby and Mba Opi should be considered as a star player for the company/hotel management! I will definitely go back and stay for a long time in this hotel!

Thank you for the friendly staff mba riri and impressive service during my trip in Jakarta. The location of the hotel is pretty strategic to the business area.. Breakfast was delicious even though served in a mealbox delivered to the room as they implementing health protocol during the pandemic of covid. Check in was very efficient. Still want to try a seafood street food across to the hotel during the night.. it's very tempting when you stay in the hotel..

Excellent service and fast response, thanks to all the staff, especially Ms Riri, and the location also very strategic. The room also clean and comfortable. Totally recommended and will coming back here again for sure.
