I was pleasantly surprised by the overall impression I got. Not expecting too much from a 2 star hotel it proved to be much better. Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. I have to mention 2 things that would have made the stay perfect. 1. A small fridge in thr room to keep some foodstuff cool. 2. A water cooker in the room to make coffee or tea. There is hot water available in the lobby to make coffee or tea but for some rooms in the back this is just too far away. Apart from that, I surely will come back to this hotel.

It was OK as 2 stars hotels, but so many trouble in the hotels: sounds, bed sheets, sink was blocked in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay at Amaris Hotel Bengkulu. The staff were helpful and responsive. The room was clean and it 's located near Panjang Beach, also close to the shopping mall and many food choices for breakfast. Would love to come back again!
