The hotel needs renovation, the door is hard to close, when it rains heavily water seeps into the room until there is a puddle. The receptionist and maintenance have no solution with the excuse that the room is full. The male waiter is not helpful, the spoon and glass of food are often empty, even the sunny side up order is not made, the female front desk receptionist is also not friendly. It's a shame that the building and hotel are nice but the internal performance is like this. So sad.

Less comfortable because it is poorly maintained. The food was pretty good but the waiter was not responsive enough to fill out the cutlery. The condition of the dining area is also as good as it is. The swimming pool seems to be rarely cleaned, the ceramics are black, the water is cloudy.

For input, this is the reel that I experienced. Hopefully the future will be better. 1. Wifi can't be used. 2. The TV is not on (in the application there is no information that the TV is off, yes, the facilities here are good and everyone can use it) 3. The pillowcases are dirty, I don't know if they have been used or not replaced or what, but they are dirty. 4. The mattress is quite big, I like it.
