The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The most interesting thing is that this hotel is close to everywhere. You can even walk to the mall and to the beach. Drinking water gallons are provided, so you don't have to buy it yourself. Unfortunately, this hotel is quiet on weekdays, causing the facilities to be unusable, and it looks poorly maintained. The telephone in the room cannot be used, the swimming pool cannot be used either. The staff must be reminded to provide towels and doormats. Hopefully this hotel will be crowded with visitors so that it can come back to life. Overall, Selamat's week-long stay here is quite comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was uncomfortable, smelly, the bathroom shower didn't work properly, the water didn't come out very well, the AC was leaking, and the wall paint had peeled off a lot.

The location is very strategic, clean, friendly and comfortable. The drawbacks that need to be considered are the menu variations are less varied for a two-night stay and the parking attendants who do not pay attention to the parking zone for vehicles checking in/checking out which is too narrow because it is also used for vehicles parking overnight (in front of the somoking area zone it is better not to be used for parking except for drop-ins checking in and checking out only), thanks 🙏

When I wanted to check out in the morning, I had to wait for the receptionist to wake up first and with a pillow face. Even though it was 06.51 and there were also other guests who wanted to ask about breakfast, I was confused about where to ask because there was no one/staff in the restaurant and reception. For the receptionist, if you want to gossip about guests with their work friends, make sure the guests are really not there anymore, I just got up from the counter and was still waiting for the elevator and my friend told me about it. It's terrible

Standard room size, clean and tidy room, but unfortunately the color of the sheets and blankets are already worn out. The AC is cold, the hotel location is very strategic, the staff are also friendly, the parking lot is not spacious enough.

Good staff, good service, good restaurant, bathroom (-) waterhiet not working, no air freshener so it's a bit uncomfortable because of the smell, leaky roof, dirty balcony, and no coffee/tea water heater. Last disappointed because the swimming pool can't be used while it's being repaired.
