I like Amaris Hotel, especially since I got a room on the 7th floor. The view is really great. The beauty of Gorontalo city is really great. You can enjoy the sunset too. The service is also good. It's not a waste to book at Amaris. 🥰.

The hotel staff served promptly upon check-in. During breakfast, the food provided was quite satisfying. It was just that the toaster was broken so we waited a long time without knowing that the device was broken. When asking for a hair dryer, it was not sent, even though we needed it. But overall it was okay.

I have stayed here several times every time I go to Gorontalo, the staff service and room cleanliness are good, please pay attention to the quality of towels for bathing in the future, the breakfast is varied on day 1 it's just so-so and please improve it after that on the second day the food tastes better with spices 😊👍.

(+) Close to the Mall and Indomaret Point, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. (-) the bathroom exhaust only works in the morning, the staff isn't ready at breakfast time (maybe they're giving a briefing) so there's food that's already cold/not yet prepared, the wifi is intermittent, the TV channels are only local.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The bathroom smells bad, maybe because the smell from the bathroom air freshener is not good, the bed sheets, blankets and pillowcases don't smell like they've been in the laundry.

Very close to Gorontalo city mall. Near restaurants. Next to the hotel is Indomaret point. If the rain is quite heavy, the lobby near the reception leaks. Breakfast is decent.

I got no problem with the check in process. The room that is also good. Not a new brand sheet but it is clean. The hot water is also available. I hope they will fix their shower buttons. It makes noise when you put it in some positions.

Secara umum pelayanan, kebersihan hotel sudah bagus. Namun saya agak kecewa karena ac kamar 606 tidak dingin. Saya pesan 3 kamar salah satu kamar remot AC nya tidak berfungsi. Sebagai pelanggan Amaris di beberapa kota yang saya kunjungi Semarang, Surakarta dan Jakarta tentunya sangat berharap agar hal-hal seperti itu lebih diperhatikan. Sarapannya enak dan cukup lengkap 👍🙏.

Hotelnya bagus dan bersih. Breakfastnya lengkap dan enak. Karyawannya ramah. Lokasi dekat Mall. Namun yang mengecewakan AC nya tidak dingin, saya pesan 3 kamar di lantai 6 bersama keluarga. Anak saya tidur sampai pagi buka kaos karena AC nya tidak dingin. Saya dalam beberapa tahun sering nginap di Amaris (Semarang, Surakata dan Jakarta) kamarnya enak dingin.

Untuk harga 500rbuan, okelah, kamar nyaman, kamar mandi nyaman, option air panas dingin oke. Pelayanan bagus, receptionist ramah-ramah. Lokasi di pusat kota, dekat pusat perbelanjaan, di sudut City Mall Gorontalo.
