We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

Location is ok. Service is very very slow. Check in 2 rooms at 4.30, 1 room is not finished. Asked for towels for more than half an hour but they were not sent. It takes too long. Breakfast food is varied but not all delicious. Lasagna is super awful. It's ok for just staying. Price is also okay, but service is bad

Room was fine, if a little pokey. Shower head wasn’t the best but satisfactory. Service was good and friendly.
Breakfast was disappointing. Not enough seats and quality was pretty low. Coffee undrinkable which is a shame for North Sumatra. Didn’t bother on second morning, went outside for breakfast instead.
Location is quite convenient and central but sits on top of a dead mall which is creepy, especially the parking experience as you have to drive up through the dark unlit dead mall carpark to get to the hotel parking on the top floor. Fine once you’re up there, but the journey is creepy.

old hotel but still well maintained. I am allergic to dust and the room has carpet, thank God my allergy did not flare up. the cleanliness is good. the food is delicious, the portion is also big (according to my stomach). the pastry is also delicious. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the gym is small but quite good, there are dumbbells up to 20kg. the swimming pool is large, there is a children's pool. the main lobby is on the 9th floor, the arrival lobby is on the ground floor, there are only 2 sofas, so if it's crowded, people have to stand for quite a long time waiting for the car (I stayed on the weekend and there was an event at the hotel). the hotel is recommended for staying with family and children.

Please pay attention again, the hotel corridor smells really bad, like the smell of damp, wet water. There are no air fresheners, I saw them all along the corridor and also the maintenance should be paid attention to, maybe the room leaked when we were relaxing having dinner.
