It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. They upgraded our room due to limitation of no-smoking room when we checked in. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We would like to recommend others, particularly couples and families to stay here.

I have a quick visit to the city, so I was looking for a simple, budget hotel that still have a 'holiday' vibe into it. MaxOne Hotel got them all. The hotel location is in the center of the city, so it nears most of the city's attraction. I went to the rooftop of the hotel to check out the view of the pool and it was quite good. The room is simple, but still comfortable. So overall, it was a good stay. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and clean, only the food needs to be more varied because the breakfast food is a bit less tasty and less varied.. but for the rest it is satisfactory.. the condition of the room and the bed are in accordance with what was ordered..

The curtain is broken every time, it is made really broken again. During our stay at the hotel. The bathroom door cannot be closed from the outside. All hotels can close the bathroom, also because of hygiene. I blocked the door with cardboard. Bad smell. The water tap, is not easy to move left or right up. It takes force to get the water out. For hotel bookings, I don't want to anymore, Ibis style hotel is better.

Clean and comfortable hotel.... The rooftop also has a nice view of the mountains. In the morning at 06.00-07.00 you can swim and then have breakfast with various menu choices.

A noisy hotel, both inside and outside the hotel room are equally noisy. From inside room 701, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud. From outside the room, the room is not soundproof at all so if there is a sound from outside the room, it can be heard loudly inside the room. When I stayed, there was a guest screaming in the corridor while I was sleeping and it made me wake up in shock. The cleanliness of the room also needs to be improved, because I found hair between the sheet and blanket (it could be that the sheet and blanket were not replaced so there could be hair in the middle of the mattress). The facilities also need to be improved because the door to room 701 was a little loose and the bathroom door could not be locked. There was a problem with the room TV that could not be done, we had to complain 2x before engineering came. It's a shame, even though the hotel location is strategic, the hotel atmosphere is also nice, the hotel smells good, the TV is already a smart TV.

Time for check in process is super fast. Friendly reception staff. Clean room with quite complete facilities, TV is already smart TV. Room size is also quite spacious for budget hotel size. Bathroom is quite clean and has standard amenities. But the bed is a bit hard. Overall quite satisfied to stay with business interests in this hotel.
