It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. They upgraded our room due to limitation of no-smoking room when we checked in. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We would like to recommend others, particularly couples and families to stay here.

I have a quick visit to the city, so I was looking for a simple, budget hotel that still have a 'holiday' vibe into it. MaxOne Hotel got them all. The hotel location is in the center of the city, so it nears most of the city's attraction. I went to the rooftop of the hotel to check out the view of the pool and it was quite good. The room is simple, but still comfortable. So overall, it was a good stay. Thank you!

During my stay I was quite satisfied, the service and service were quite good. It was just a bit lacking in food, and because the room was on the 7th floor right under the New Year's party location, since the morning of January 1st I was quite disturbed by the sound of furniture being moved/pulled.

location near the city center and strategic if you want to go for a walk or culinary in Malang, it's not too far and Kayutangan location
there is a cafe and swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of Malang City
for safe parking because you will be assisted by security staff for valet parking

It was a pleasant stay at Ascent, even though it was only for 1 night, the service was extraordinary, the room was spacious, the water was very strong so it was not difficult if you wanted anything and surprisingly there was a welcoming cake...keep up the good service

The location on the edge of the river is full of mosquitoes. Wanting to check in takes a long time, you have to wait for an unclear process. Just entering the room, the smell of rotten socks because the bed cover looks like it hasn't been washed. The floor is also dirty, as if it hasn't been mopped. The breakfast has little variety and the taste is lacking.

The curtain is broken every time, it is made really broken again. During our stay at the hotel. The bathroom door cannot be closed from the outside. All hotels can close the bathroom, also because of hygiene. I blocked the door with cardboard. Bad smell. The water tap, is not easy to move left or right up. It takes force to get the water out. For hotel bookings, I don't want to anymore, Ibis style hotel is better.

Clean and comfortable hotel.... The rooftop also has a nice view of the mountains. In the morning at 06.00-07.00 you can swim and then have breakfast with various menu choices.
