The hotel is clean, the service is very good and friendly

The location is very strategic, especially for those who will continue by train or from the train. The parking lot is also spacious and the officers are very friendly. The staff is very friendly from the security who helped with parking because the hotel is very crowded and the repair process. The reception staff often helps when there are obstacles, until when breakfast all the employees are friendly. The food is delicious and complete even though the hotel is in full condition. Recommended room view to the pool which can also often see the children's train so like it. It would be perfect if there was a children's playground in the hotel now it is very much needed and this hotel does not have, even though it is listed on traveloka there is a children's playground, it turns out there is no mini playground here or a special place for children to play here.

Fair enough. Need to improve room cleanliness. Bathroom hot water is not optimal. Location is not strategic to reach the city.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness is quite good. The location is quite close to the city center. The food is quite varied with a fairly good taste. If only there was a playground. It would be more enjoyable.

It so happened that I stayed with a group of high school students from Jakarta, it was so noisy that I couldn't rest comfortably until almost 2 am. The room smelled of cigarettes, the pillow cases and duvet covers looked like they hadn't been changed, the cigarette smell was very pungent and what made me even more annoyed was the pillow cases smelled of drool. But the staff was friendly, they apologized beforehand and informed me that there was a group, maybe they were a bit disturbed, and when I asked for housekeeping service to change the pillow cases and duvet covers, they were immediately changed.

should have been able to check in at 2 o'clock but it was delayed until 2 o'clock 30 minutes, whereas if check out is a little late we are told to pay a fine, please be more prepared because we as customers are tired from a long journey and want to rest immediately, when we want to check in they said the room is still being prepared very very disappointing :( this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and wanted to check in but had to wait a long time :"(

Overall ok, the hotel atmosphere is homey, close to the main road but not noisy.

Babymoon with my wife was special, the location is not far from the station, in the morning we walked to the nearby big market and had culinary there, it was really great.

The AC is not cold at all, my child is sweating 😭 the bathroom has lots of yellow crust, the sheets and duvets look like they haven't been changed, the towels are shabby. Luckily the food tastes good and there are lots of variations, the staff are also friendly.

The location is very strategic, so it is very suitable for those of you who are aiming for STAYCATION, it is right next to Malang Kota Lama station, so get off the train and walk less than 100 meters to reach the hotel. 2. To get to the lobby, there is a lift in the basement, after exiting the lift you are surprised by the semi-outdoor interior design of the lobby, with a modern concept, unfortunately at that time it was quite crowded because it was with people who had finished praying, but it's okay, waiting for the lift is the turn of the congregation who have finished praying. 3. Even though it was a holiday which was said to be quite hectic for hotel employees, the employees were still professional and very helpful, their attitudes were also friendly, so even though there were obstacles when checking in, I didn't feel nervous or confused, because I was really helped, if I'm not mistaken at that time her name was Mbak Galuh, thanks Mbak, btw I checked in early, and thank God I could, even though the room was full. 4. When going to the room using the elevator, to go to the floor you have to tap the card in the elevator according to the floor of the room, so it's safe, no one can go to the room except employees, when I got to the room, my room happened to be on the 5th floor, number 519, yes, the condition of the room was in accordance with the rooms in general, there were no problems at all, the room was clean, complete toilet amenities, complete coffee tea, and got a view of the city with the station, so I could see the train from above. 5. Because I brought my little brother for a staycation, I invited him to enjoy one of the hotel facilities, namely the swimming pool, the pool was clean and you could see the station too, so you could see the train while swimming hehe, btw there is a pool for kids too. 6. Because the purpose of the staycation was quite far to go on vacation to iconic places like Batu City, moreover at that time it was a long weekend so it was really congested so I was too lazy to go out. The point is, this hotel is worth the price, and what I like the most is the staff are friendly and very helpful. And this is my 3rd time staying here hehe. My rating is 9.5/10

In my opinion, the room facilities are lacking. Yesterday I got a room on the 5th floor that had lots of dirty spots starting from the front door, bathroom, and bed cover. The electrical outlets near the bedroom also didn't work properly. I booked for 3 days and 2 nights, where I requested a welcome sign, but the hotel didn't confirm it, even though I booked it a long time in advance.

The room is spacious and the food at breakfast is delicious and varied. There are various menus.

Kudos for your GM.! He's a great leader and some of the dept head was truly beyond my expectations. From the beginning while we arrived the GM was the first person was greated us. Continue had a pleasant experience while check in / Out so smooth and we got a little surprise while we enter our room that celebrations of our anniversary. It's been a pleasure to had memorable moments while staying at this property. Keep continously creating the legendary services. Thank you for your warm hospitality.
