I have booked a non smoking room thus I supposed to get that room. However when I entered the room it has a strong cigarrete smell. I informed and made complain to the staff immediately. The staff brought an odor absorber and left it running in the room. Still could not able to get rid the smell perhaps the smell was too strong. The hotel should not allow and penalize guest that violates the regulation of smoking in a non-smoking room since it will be very inconvenience for the non smoker guess.

We liked our stay. Upon arrival the room was a little smelly but they took care of that. Also the value for money F&B was excellent. Breakfast was also okay, the coffee wasn't great.

Towels were dirty. During breakfast, we also got some dirty tableware (lipstick mark on a mug and spoon).
