this hotel is very modern hotel comparing to others in the city which mostly are still local. I like to stay here and always stay in this hotel everytime I come to Lombok. The breakfast is awesome.

This time I had a birthday trip at Aston Inn Mataram, besides the varied breakfast every day, the room was also cleaned every day, strategic location in the center of Mataram city, complete amenities and refilled every day, refillable water in the gallon available in the hallway and of course speechless because I got a surprise from the staff when it was my birthday. (Actually for birthday surprises, it depends on the hotel, some will decorate our room immediately, some will put a birthday cake in the room when we enter etc. But basically, a 4 or 5 star hotel must have the best way to make their guests happy on their birthday) Anyway, do you want to go back to Aston Inn Mataram when you visit Lombok again? Will do xx

The hotel is good according to its stars, it's also luxurious, the swimming pool is nice and comfortable, there's a swimming pool for children, only the bar is being renovated, yes.., only because this Aston is an old building so the TV is still old-fashioned, not yet android, so children can't watch YouTube Kids, and the wifi is also bad here, I can't access the internet. The breakfast is very varied, there are many choices until I'm confused about which one to eat first. It's just a shame that yesterday there was a lack of baby chairs, many children had difficulty sitting to eat, my child ran around not wanting to eat because there was no bench. the staff said he was having his baby chair serviced, the location is also strategic in the middle of the city, next to it there is a supermarket and chatime, in front there is Ayam Bakar Taliwang. Close to the Epicentrum Mall. Drinking water can also be refilled as much as you like, great Aston..👍

Even though the pool is under maintenance, my child still enjoys it, likes the atmosphere, the breakfast, since my child was 5 months old, until now he is almost 7 years old, from 3 stars to now 4 stars, Aston has always been the first choice of hotel to stay in Mataram ❤️

Stayed 4 days here because it is close to the event venue (darma negara alaya) and recommendation from the event organizer. The receptionist at check in was not friendly at all, the food was not delicious… the cereal place was dirty and dusty… got an all you can eat food voucher at night, but the food was not delicious… the bacon was too salty. The chocolate cake tasted stale… maybe it could be improved again. When checking out, the receptionist was not standing by in front…. My expectations of staying at a hotel like Aston were too high. Whereas Aston in other cities are not like this…. Drinking water is taken from the dispenser yourself, imagine if the water doesn't run out it won't be replaced. Even if the reason is to reduce plastic waste, maybe it can be replaced with mineral water in glass packaging 🙏🏼.
