We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

Parking lot needs to be added, especially during peak season. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy with spacious area to store the baggage. Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices. Located near to toll road gate, which makes easy to find.

Very busy hotel during the weekend. Very nice and warm staffs who are greeting the guests so friendly. Neat and clean rooms with spacious place to store the baggage. Located near to toll road gate of Pasteur. Meals during breakfast are plenty of choices.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, especially in the bathroom, bed, and toilet, which were all spotless. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with no deposit required, which made things convenient. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the welcoming drink upon arrival. However, one downside was the limited number of working lifts. With only two operational lifts, there was a bit of a wait to get to my room on the upper levels, especially during peak times. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for cleanliness, good food, and excellent service, but be prepared for some delays with the lifts. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I come to Bandung. Thank you! 🥰❤️
