We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

My first experience staying at Aston Pasteur was very pleasant. I happened to give a honeymoon gift to my friend, a free greeting on the mirror and it turned out that I was given a cake too
Close to culinary tourism. The cleanliness of the room is good and neat. The staff always smile & greet guests (This is a very important point) There are also many breakfast variations, the juice is non-sugar. There are several choices of cheese. There is a clear salad wrap that I like. The rice porridge is very delicious and there are also many snacks in front of the hotel. It's just a shame that the parking lot at the hotel is narrow so when I came back for dinner I had to park in the area behind the hotel which was raining. My friend even saw me staying here on Tuesday and stayed there too, just on a different day. Thank you Aston

It is unfortunate, still using plastic bottles for drinking water in the room. While experience with Aston in other cities, already provide gallon water outside the room with a pitcher in the room.

What needs to be fixed is the long availability of rooms, even though it has passed the standard check-in time of 2 o'clock, I checked in at 3 o'clock and it should have been ready, not having to wait for cleaning. The rest is okay.

First time staying at Aston, the room was okay, clean. I checked in late, but still had to wait for the room to be ready, even though I arrived at 18.00. Where the request for free compliment cake was not given :( When I entered the room, I found out it was a twin bed room, but the beds were still put together, so there was a middle part that made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, the staff were very friendly.

The room is spacious and clean. We got parking facilities 1 for each room. Staffs are friendly and accommodative. Quite disappointed with several things during the stay that is quite foundational: 1. Reached hotel to check in at 16:45 but the room is not yet ready. Had to wait for another 15 mins to be ready. 2. Once we the room is ready, there was no towel and bath floor mat in the room, we had to call to get it sent to room. 3. There are only 2 operating elevators for such a large hotel. We have to wait so long for the elevator because the elevator is small and very limited
