Very friendly staff especially the waitresses in the lobby area. Airco worked very well in room 529. Unfortunately theres black mold on the silicon around the bath and the handbasin was nearly choked up. Dirty towels although they were quickly changed by housekeeping. I had the fish and chips in the lobby and the fish tasted like mud, it was dori fish which is well known for this taste due to the condition of the water it comes from. Not recommended!

It doesn't feel right to call an old hotel *4, the hotel corridors are very poorly maintained, the carpeted ones smell a bit bad when you exit the elevator, there is no fragrance like most hotels when you are in the corridor, the food is also not very tasty, I think you should only stay here once if you go to Pontianak.

Everything was good except the room which was uncomfortable, noisy, the walls looked like they hadn't been renovated yet, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was ok.

The hotel location is very strategic, many choices of food/restaurants around the hotel, the staff is very friendly including the bellboy and security. The hotel atmosphere is a bit old, the lobby atmosphere needs to be brighter. Jr. Suite rooms and suite amenities are inadequate.
